Account Manager
Randstad is now seeking an Account Manager for a global leader in commercial lasers and optical communications. This position is based in Farsta, Stockholm.
Position Details
Account/customer relationship ownership and drive business by managing/growing the revenue for CommTest in Sweden and associated Nordic countries.
Previous demonstrated experience in managing strategic relationships with large and small customers is essential.
Responsible for effective implementation of account strategy and drive quarterly and annual business plans for nominated accounts.
Manage the day-to-day business such as driving all aspects of customer satisfaction, managing timely specification reviews and quotations, and resolving customer issues. In addition, you will be a key interface into the business units to communicate and influence meeting customer requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction is not only regularly met, but also increasing.
Expectations for the position are:
• Meet/Exceed quarterly and annual revenue quota
• Develop and execute account sales plans
• Effectively work with multiple levels within the account to drive initiatives and design wins
• Monthly Forecasting & Gap Analysis Reporting
Qualifications
* Experience in related field.
* A sound Telecoms background is required in addition to strong sales and account management skills.
* Bachelor level type degree in related discipline preferred. Preferred qualification in Electronic Engineering but not mandatory
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral.
Key skills
* Proven account management experience.
* Telecommunications background ideally in RF test market (primarily) Solutions (Secondary) and knowledge of working with Base Station products.
* Self starter/Motivated
* Experience of working in Nordic region, ideally Norway and Sweden.
Travel Required
* Mainly home based with some travel into the office, stay away 2 - 3 nights a week and 2/3 times a month.
