You will be a part of Svensk Försäljning (Front end Sales) where we are responsible for Hitachi ABB Power Grids total portfolio including Service. Our customers are important parts of the energy transformation mainly within Transmission, Distribution, Industries, Renewables and Transportation & Infrastructure. Hitachi ABB Power Grids will have a key role in this transformation with our broad knowledge and experience and with a clear digital approach.
Your responsibilities
As an Account Manager you will be part of a sales team and have a clear customer responsibility in your region, which includes overall responsibility for marketing, sales and budget to your customers
High ability to create and develop customer relationships is an essential part of your role which requires a very high level of social competence to succeed
Travels both in Sweden and abroad will be part of your role
Together with our business units you will develop and customized our portfolio based on your customers’ needs
Working closely with your account team in the preparation phase, tendering phase and the final negotiations
Lead the customer meetings and propose suitable technical solutions
High focus on customer care commitment and responsiveness
Technical involvement for example in digital solutions and new applications in close collaboration with your customers

Your background
To succeed in this role, you have some years’ experience and competence from sales or project manager, and preferably from the energy sector
You act in a way that builds trust with your customers and has good understanding of in their business thanks to your experience and social skills
It is an advantage if you hold a University Degree in Engineering or similar
You see yourself as a team player
You write and speak English and Swedish fluently.
