Our Nordic Sales leader Simon is now looking for a new star to join his team. In this role we promise you great potential to grow. You will have experienced sales colleagues all over the world and work closely with our very skilled technical account managers. The position is based in our Stockholm office (and of course with a flexibility to work from home).
What will you be doing at Nexus
We believe that you will work independently and focused to build your plan for creating new opportunities. This is done by finding possible customers, analysing the potential and making required prioritizations (even if it is fun hunting, you have learned that prioritizing is also an important role of the sales game) and then identifying which stakeholders to approach. Once you have your targets ready you will pitch our offers and get to meet customers. You drive your work according to a well-defined sales process and once you have closed your deal and ensured a proper handover to the delivery organization you can concentrate on the next opportunity. As an Account Manager you will also keep active and attend forums where our stakeholders are, and your job is to ensure Nexus always has a place in their mind. You act as a liaison between customers and Nexus and you are the expert in selling solutions to organizations that meet their needs. You also ensure to provide first-class sales by answering any questions the customer might have about a product or a service.
To be successful in this role you will collaborate a lot with different stakeholders internally as well as externally. Internally we have a broad competence in what we do, and you ensure you take this advantage to the customer. We win as team! And last, but not least - as in all other sales roles you ensure that you report your activities in our CRM tool Salesforce.
Who are you?
We think it is very important that you have the right mindset, this will get you far! As a woman or man of action we believe you really enjoy working in sales and especially with solution selling. You take the initiative to find new opportunities, you take the lead in developing our market and you enjoy pushing the speed limits. We also believe you might have been called "energetic" at least one or two times in your life, since we think this is a very beneficial trait to have as an Account Manager.
But even though you like the speed you are a person that knows how to prioritize, and you know that to become successful in Sales you must spend your time on the right things. It is a big world to secure, but we need to keep focus. To conclude: you know how to prioritize, and you mix this with a certain amount of stubbornness or at least persistence; even on the rough days you follow your priorities and do the necessary activities. Grit is often the key to success.
You have at least a few years of working experience as an Account Manager within solution selling. Through your work experience you have developed some knowledge in account planning methodologies and sales strategy. If you have a weak spot for (or experience in) IT security, PKI, Identity & Access Management make sure you let us know since this is a big plus.
Since Nexus is a global company, you are unhindered in English, and in this role, you will mainly work with Swedish customer and therefore must be fluent in Swedish. If you have additional language skills, that is a plus.
