The successful candidate will have strong communication skills in Swedish and English, with a demonstrable track record in building relationships with C-Level executives in the Food & Beverage industry. They will be a highly motivated independent individual who can adapt to fast-changing situations and lead by example. We need a team player who works largely independently within strictly defined policies and procedures, while thinking outside the box to resolve customer challenges with technology solutions.
Ideally, you will have a background in selling technology software products (SaaS) and related consulting services and hardware. You will have a background in selling technology solutions into one or more of the following sectors; Food and Beverage, Hospitality. Retail.
It is also required to have strong business development experience and be skilled in Sales, Negotiation, and Account Engagement. The role will suit someone with a demonstrable track record in international business development within the EPOS market.
You also should be able to demonstrate around 5 years Sales and Account Management experience with a successful Sales track record in achieving and exceeding Sales targets.
The primary job role is to sell technology software products and related services, in a defined territory base whilst maintaining and growing client relationships. Identifies, qualifies and has the ability to negotiate and close complex deals. Is responsible for the entire sales process from business development prospecting, account strategy planning, through to contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support as per Oracle Standards. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgement. Ability to forecast, and successfully close opportunities within the aligned territory. Strong presentation skills, excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability are required.
