The role and responsibilities
As Account Manager within the Scientific Research field you will be responsible for sales of our world leading eye tracking technology solutions. You will take care of the entire sales cycle, from first contact to establishing long-term client relationships. Your primary focus will be to create awareness for eye tracking as a research tool to new customers with the goal to adopt eye tracking into their research methodologies.
Your success depends on your drive to understand customers and translate their needs into matching research solutions! Reaching sales targets while strengthening business networks will be essential to your position. The business is fast paced, challenging, and rewarding. The Account Manager is a vital role as you are the first step in the process to closing business opportunities and a first impression to our customers!
You will work together with Account Managers spread over Europe, and with Sales Operations and Marketing based in Stockholm. You can choose to work remote from Sweden/UK/Germany and will report to Sales Director based in Germany.
We are looking for someone who has:
A graduate degree in business, psychology, engineering, marketing, neuroscience, or similar field
A technical understanding and the ability to transfer this knowledge to customers, sales colleagues, and development teams
Experience with eye tracking during education or work
Presentation skills and a consultative approach with customers
Excellent English language skills, any other language is a plus
We find it to be a strong merit if you have worked with B2B sales, Salesforce, and have experience in selling into or working with universities or non-profits or government entities.
