Job specifications:
- Secure running projects and acquisition of new projects with Volvo for the Door System Division
- Achievement of defined project targets regarding capacities, deadlines, profits
- Secure and expand profit situation with current production and replacement parts (technical responsibility for sales)Achievement of defined project targets as sales responsible (customer requirements, deadlines, profit)
- Within the framework of looking after production: customer problem solving, processing of profit improvement measures, commercial, dealing with technical modifications and contractual matters (purchasing, warranty conditions, follow up invoicing etc)
- Within the framework of projects: working out customer offers and negotiating with customers in agreement with the Customer Team Director to achieve a target level of profitability
- Observe, analyze and evaluate the market regarding sales and project potentials, competitive activities as well as contributing to the preparation of annual sales plans
- Building and maintaining good customer relations, at all levels
- Agree and control customer run-out commercially, in addition to planning and processing replacement orders including all-time buy agreements etc
- Achieving customer targets without compromising profitability outside a set target frame.
- Support the TK8-1 sales activities, co-ordination and supporting the other sales collogues.
