We think that you have a passion for building and developing long-term business – working closely to customers and engaged to present solutions that solve real-life problems. We also think that you are an excellent communicator, not only with customers, but also internally with technical support, customer service, management and others. We believe that you are currently in a sales-related role, having your own customers and leads – hunting and farming. You might have studied Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and have worked with value offering, forecasting and follow-up. You are probably an experienced project manager within sales – but if you do have another background that is relevant for the role, we welcome your application.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Establish and further develop customers in the Nordic and Baltic states, following the project sales processes.
• General Business Development, including establish new relations, within the territory.
• Maintain and develop the relationship with existing customers within the specified territory through phone calls, visits, teams meetings, workshops etc.
• Handle feed-back from customers concerning market conditions, trends, requests and more.
• Reaching the targets set for Sales.
• Coordinate with colleagues within your region regarding customers, sales, technical issues, customer support, marketing etc.
• Proactively looking at marketing activities within the area.
• Tracking activities within in the CRM system, working with budgeting as well as monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting
