Job description
We at Nordex are offering an exciting role as Service Account Manager for the Nordic Region. This role gives the opportunity to join an exciting company whose core business will be part of sustaining the future for our planet and working towards slowing climate change.
As an Account Manager in Nordex you would be mainly responsible for ensuring a good relationship with our existing customers by ensuring they get the best service possible from Nordex. What we see important is that you like to work in a dynamic environment and like to work as part of a team working in the same direction.
You would keep yourself up to date on the contractual conditions of our service agreements and support with commercial customer requests and topics. In this role you would work as part of the Service back-office team and closely with the service field teams departments that work on the wind turbines that we have in the region. The role includes frequent traveling to customer meetings etc. within North Europe.
Key responsibilities
Key contact person of customers for commercial/contractual issues for a defined customer portfolio
Create financial calculations in Excel, related to the contract, for decision making.
Provide consultation, internally and to customers, on our scope of services
Responsible for After Sales requests (e.g. Repair, Spare parts, and maintenance offers, including following-up on offers)
Organize frequent and special customer meetings
Negotiations of renewals of service agreements of existing wind farms
Actively work for long-term cooperation with the customer and ensure customer satisfaction. Build up, develop and maintain the relationship.
Manage customer complaints to prevent potential contractual issues
Manage potential warranty and end of contracts claims of customer
Cooperate and build relationship with other operative functions in Service
Support the regional operative functions with commercial customer complaints




Career / Job experience
• Work experience from a sales or financial position
• Experienced in dealing with internal stakeholders and customers
• Knowledge in the renewable energy sector is an advantage

Education and qualification
• Bachelor degree (e.g. Business administration or technical degree) or equivalent job experience
• Comfortable with writing and speaking English, additional language skills in Swedish would be advantageous
• Computer literate, able to use MS Office, SAP and in house database and workload management systems
• Technical competence

Personal profile
• Outgoing with good relationship management skills
• Good presentation and negotiating skills
• Organisational skills
• Ready to travel when needed, including nights away from home.
• Conflict management
