This is a combined role with segment lead for our service portfolio and with Account Management for emerging markets such as charging infrastructure and energy storage applications. You will be a part of our Sales & Marketing department Front End Sales in Hitachi Energy. You will either be based in Västerås or Stockholm. Your responsibilities
As segment lead for service you will be part of a sales team and have responsibility to cordinate our service offering, which includes overall responsibility for marketing, sales strategy and cordination with our Business Units
As an Account Manager you will be part of a sales team and have a clear customer focus to meet the demand and growth in charging infrastructure and energy storage opportunities, which includes overall responsibility for marketing, sales and budget to your costumers
Technical involvement in for example digital solutions and new applications
High ability to create and develop customer relationships is an essential part of your role which requires a very high level of social competence to succeed
Drive the customer voices into our organization
Lead the account team in clarification meetings and negotiations with customers
Lead the customer meetings and propose suitable technical solutions
High focus on customer care commitment and responsiveness
Service perspective with long term commitment to help our customers

Your background
To succeed in this role, you have minimum 3 years’ experience in sales
It is an advantage if you hold a University Degree in Engineering
It is an advantage with background in system design, mathematical modeling ability, control & optimization or AI development and IT systems
Proficiency in English and Swedish is required for this role
Good communication skills both oral and written
You act in a way that builds trust with your customers and have good understanding of their business thanks to your experience and social sills
You see yourself as a team player, with team management and leadership skills
You have experience of both project sales and service sales
