To meet the high demand and growth from the market we’re looking for an Account Manager to join the Sales & Marketing department Front End Sales in Hitachi Energy. You will be based in Västerås. Your responsibilities
As an Account Manager you will be part of a sales team and have a clear customer responsibility for our Distributers and OEM customers, which includes overall responsibility for marketing, sales and budget for the selected customers
High ability to create, maintain and develop customer relationships is an essential part of your role which requires a very high level of social competence to succeed
Lead our team in clarification meetings and negotiations with customers
Lead the customer meetings and propose suitable technical solutions
High focus on customer care commitment and responsiveness
Technical involvement in for example digital solutions and new products

Your background
To succeed in this role, you have minimum 2 years’ experience with sales
Experience from product sales, especially for transformers, with high availability and quick customer service
Ability to have a quick technical and commercial dialogue
Ability to handle multiple quotes at the same time
It is an advantage if you hold a University Degree in Engineering
Proficiency in English and Swedish is required for this role
Good communication skills both oral and written
You act in a way that builds trust with your customers and have good understanding of their business thanks to your experience and social sills
You see yourself as a team player, with team management and leadership skills
You have experience of both Distributers and OEM sales
