We are looking for a highly capable Account Manager to lead the sales activities towards three Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) customers in EMEA. Our global team works to improve energy efficiency, enables new mobility concepts and provides for security in our digital age. About the position
As an Account Manager for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), you will work with our highly motivated team in a very dynamic market within EMEA.

Responsibilities
In your new role you will:
• Be responsible for sales activities within two EMS accounts in Europe, including both demand fulfilment and demand creation;
• Take design in responsibility for one account in Sweden for state-of-the-art, high-efficiency power designs;
• Lead and develop our business within the assigned customers, including management level coordination, strategic lead and negotiation lead;
• Be the main interface between the customers and Infineon, establishing and maintaining key contacts on all relevant levels in order to develop the business.


Your profile
You have a customer-oriented mindset and great networking skills that support your ability to build lasting relationships. Furthermore, you are highly proactive, self-driven and self-motivated. You are able to adapt to unexpected situations and thrive under demanding circumstances while being able to formulate effective targets and focus on their completion.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Technical Marketing or Business Development;
• Educational background in Business management and/or Engineering
• Analytical and strategic skills that allow you to break down complex sets of information into plans and executable action;
• Strong negotiation skills in order to establish agreements with all stakeholders both internally and externally;
• Availability to travel within Europe;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
