A background within immunology and business minded? Mabtech keeps growing and we’re now on the lookout for an Account Manager with responsibility for driving sales in the French speaking parts of Europe. You will be part of a collaborative team sharing an enthusiasm for enabling biomedical research and development.
About the position
Daily work will constitute of direct communication with our customers, developing cross-sale and up-sale, attending scientific conferences and events in your designated territory and being a great co-worker. Work requires great knowledge within immunology to help our customers within academia and the life science industry getting the most out of their immunoassays. You will become part of a team of specialists with the passion for enabling research. We see ourselves as communicators who help our customers to success, every day.
Your responsibility will be to grow the business in the French speaking parts of Europe where France, Switzerland and Belgium are our main markets. You will represent our whole product portfolio, from assays to instrumentation.
Responsibilities
• Account management and customer support.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, their needs and product fit.
• Identify and execute cross-sale and up-sales opportunities.
• Communication of marketing and technical product information.
• Business development and pro-active sales activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with existing customer base.
• Establishing new customer relations.
• Attend trade fairs, scientific congresses, and site visits in the defined territory.
About you
We believe that you have knowledge within the field of immunology and is fluent in French. You understand and can engage in dialogue with our customers. You are a social and curious individual.

Qualifications
• MSc or PhD in immunology, cell biology or equivalent.
• Availability for travelling at least 5-6 weeks/year.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Oral presentation skills.
