About the job
As an Account Manager at Varbi you are responsible for creating a network of potential customers within your region. One of Varbi's core values is meaningful relationships, with customers, co-workers, suppliers and other stakeholders, and it reflects everything we do. Therefore, it is important that you share the same values about, understand the essence of, and are able to create, good customer relationships.
As an Account Manager you are responsible for the complete sales process, from the first cold call to building a lasting relationship with the customers. The role as an Account Manager also include;
- Dialogue and meetings with potential customers
- Demo of the recruitment system via web
- Appointment bookings
- Integration of the customers recruitment process into the Varbi platform
- Training and implementation of the recruitment system
- Follow-up and managing the relationships with your customers
- Attend exhibitions and trade shows
This position will be located either in Trollhättan or Stockholm.
About yourself
Qualifications you would need for this position:
Minimum bachelor degree in a business discipline or equivalent
Proven experience with IT solution selling
Understanding of large business organizations, their buying cycles and workflows
Knowledge about, existing relationships within, and/or a track record of selling towards the Public Sector
English language - proficiency level
Speaking Swedish, German, Dutch or other languages will be valued
