MultiMind is looking for a proactive IT-Sales person to work across the Swedish Education primary and secondary school market for one of the world's leading tech companies. This is an exciting, 12 month consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will be supporting the digital transformation of primary and secondary schools in their use of new technology in education. You are comfortable speaking with customers and are enthusiastic about growing technology in the Swedish education segment. You will build awareness of the company's product offering in the education space in Sweden, mainly through our Swedish partner network to support and develop these sales opportunities. You will:

Deliver against assigned strategic goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience to customers and prospects
Execute on territory strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities. Work closely with partners - create opportunities with new customers, lead customers through the sales cycle.
Forecast accurately and achieve strategic sales goals by cooperating with the partner network. Explore and understand customer requirements.
Establish key relationships cross-functionally with regional peers, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Product Marketing teams. Identify and pursue business development opportunities
Analyze data trends and performance, prepare and conduct presentations, while maintaining effective communication with customers via phone/email and video conferencing technologies
Deliver excellent customer service
Some travel is required
 

Minimum Qualifications: Sales/relationship experience in the technology industry 
Experience working in the Swedish market 
Ability to speak and write in English and Swedish fluently and idiomatically 
Goal oriented, self-motivated, confident, thorough, and determined.
Analytical, detail-oriented.
Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities
Ability to effectively operate with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment. Ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional/matrixed environment
Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal 
Strong people skills with an ability to engage customers 1:1 and in large group settings.
 

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with direct classroom experience will be viewed positively


Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com). Demonstrated track record in reaching and exceeding strategic goals in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products
Technically minded, with an in-depth understanding of the technology and the cloud computing market, and with a passion for Google Cloud products (G Suite, Google Cloud Platform).
