MultiMind is looking for a proactive IT-Sales person to work across the Swedish Education primary and secondary school market for one of the world's leading tech companies. This is an exciting, 12 month consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities : Deliver against assigned strategic goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience to customers and prospects
Contribute in defining and executing on territory strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities. Work closely with client’s Partners - all to maximize business results in territory, create opportunities with new customers, lead customers through the sales cycle to close
Forecast accurately and achieve strategic sales goals by cooperating and managing the partner network. Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level
Establish key relationships cross-functionally with regional peers, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Product Marketing teams. Identify and pursue business development opportunities
Analyze data trends and performance, prepare and conduct presentations, while maintaining effective communication with customers via phone/email and video conferencing technologies
Deliver excellent customer service
Mandatory: Sales/relationship management experience in the technology industry
Experience working in the Norwegian market
Ability to speak and write in English and Norwegian fluently and idiomatically
Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough, and determined. Analytical, detail-oriented and able to “zoom” in/out from the big picture to the minutiae. Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities.
Ability to effectively operate with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment. Ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional/matrixed environment
Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Strong people skills with an ability to engage customers 1:1 and in large group settings.
Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with direct classroom experience will be viewed positively
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com). Demonstrated track record in reaching and exceeding strategic goals in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products
Technically minded, with an in-depth understanding of the technology and the cloud computing market, and with a passion for client’s Cloud products.
