Sheraton Stockholm Hotel ingår i den världsomspännande koncernen Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. med för närvarande mer än 800 hotell. Sheraton Stockholm Hotel is looking for a positive and goaloriented sales person to join our dynamic sales team! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Solicit new and existing FIT accounts and tour group accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals. This will consist of telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication. - Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance. - Attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings. SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Must be able to speak, read, write and understand both Swedish and English - Ability to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints. - Sales ability and skill in both oral and written form. - Ability to identify and develop accounts with individual guest room needs. - Ability to establish and master goals. - Must possess basic computational ability. - Professionally represent the hotel at all industry/community functions. - Participate as team player with all departments. - Assist with reports and/or competition data collection. Education High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience Two years hotel sales experience preferred.
