Hyundai Mobis is a Korean company that provides original spare parts and accessories for Hyundai and KIA. The company is headquartered in Seoul and is part of Hyundai Motor Group. Hyundai Mobis Parts Europe is responsible for distribution and sales to the Nordic and Baltic markets. The company's distribution warehouse is located in Torsvik's industrial area outside Jönköping and the sales office in Upplands Väsby. In Europe, sister branches are also found in Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, Spain, Italy and Hungary.
Working tasks
Hyundai Mobis is a part of the KIA and Hyundai business by delivering genuine automotive parts and accessories to secure a growing and profitable aftermarket service of the genuine dealer network. As an Account Manager you will be a part of team developing our Nordic aftermarket, parts and accessories business. This means continuously working for growing sale and good profitability within our product lines. You will work closely with our clients in the Nordic region, the KIA or Hyundai distributors, being a strong and reliable partner to them.
The position comes with a lot of variety and your tasks will cover everything from business- and marketing monitoring, customer contacts, implementing promotional campaigns to follow-ups and analyses of sales performance. With your experience and know-how from the automotive industry you will identify the challenges in the distributors´ spare parts business, create forecasts for future sales and identify new business opportunities. You will play an important and natural part in our client´s aftermarket business and your contribution will directly affect both our clients´ and our own results. Hence your role at Mobis will be both valued and important.
In this position you will report to our Sales Manager and you will be positioned at our Stockholm office in Upplands Väsby. Business trips to our warehouse in Jönköping, the Hyundai and KIA distributers and occasionally to the European headquarter may occur.
Your profile
To be successful in this position, you need at least three to five years of experience from the automotive industry and preferably experience from the aftermarket. Most likely you have worked for a car importer or with wholesales of automotive parts and accessories and have consequently gained a good knowledge and understanding of the commercial aftermarket business. Furthermore, you have very good computer skills, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint and you master English and Swedish in speech and writing.
As a person you are flexible with a high ability to adapt to change, and you enjoy a dynamic and intense environment. You will also have many internal and external contacts where your social and communications skills will prove handy. As the position is very independent you also need to be good at prioritizing and managing your work and time. Should you also share our strong interest in the automotive industry, you will fit in very well.
