In this position, you will be a key, sustaining member of several client account teams. Your role is client-facing, being the day-to-day contact responsible for keeping certain programs moving and demonstrating ongoing value and results. You will report to Head of Key Account Nordics. Your overarching responsibility is to successfully drive new sales within our well-established Acquiring and PSP services to achieve sales and customer growth targets. In your role you are in charge of generating new business opportunities among prospective retailers in Sweden and the Nordics, promoting and selling Worldline payment solutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include
You conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for new sales oppotuinites
You promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
You build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
You ensure that new customers are implemented and integrated swiftly and effortless together with the Key Account Managers
Participate in upselling and developing Worldline’s business with existing customers
Become an expert in payments and actively drive thought leadership in payments
Understand competitor’s products in terms of positioning, features and account acquisition strategies
Signs of success
You are able to recognize and appreciate cultural differences amongst people, the willingness to support others and help them learn and develop
You act as an effective sponsor for major change initiatives
You possess deep knowledge about our client organizations and how effective decisions are made
You identify and pursues chances to create added customer value for both, the client and Worldline
You are building relationships with customers based on mutual respect and trust
Skills we can't do without
At least 3 years of proven experience within Sales, Business Development or a relevant role
Validated sales track record
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
Full working proficiency in English and Swedish
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Skills we'd like
Experience from the payment industry is a plus
Strong organization and interpersonal skills
Show flexibility and adaptability within the workplace
Aim to continue to grow professional capabilities with ongoing training and educational opportunities
Sales and trading experience in the financial services industry - banks, insurance or investments
