Are you ready to pioneer in the Nordic market? At Maandag Nordics, we're seeking a dynamic Accountmanager New Business to help us launch and grow our recruitment business in Umeå. If you are entrepreneurial, ambitious, and eager for new adventures, we want to hear from you!
As a Accountmanager New Business, you play a significant role in our growth strategy to expand our Maandag business in Sweden. Your primary focus will be on creating new business and nurturing relationships with clients, particularly within the White Collar market.

Born in the Netherlands, raised in Belguim, Dubai and Poland and now growing into the Nordic! Maandag® is an international staffing company, with I great ambition to expand our market, We recently established in Stockholm and are already expending by opening 3 new branches in North Sweden. We're looking for individuals who are eager to embrace the opportunity to be part of something new. In this role, you'll have the chance to work in an entrepreneurial environment, backed by a financially robust organization.

New business development; being new in Sweden, this will be a significant part of your job, working closely with our Sales Manager.

What qualities are we looking for?
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to succeed in a competitive market;
Ambition and commercial acumen;
A minimum of 3 year of experience in sales and/or recruitment within the staffing/secondment industry;
Experience in recrutiment of white-collar profiles;
Fluency in Swedish is essential;
Driver's license (Category B).
