Location

You will be located in Malmö or Copenhagen, and the role also includes traveling in the Nordic region, especially to the capital cities in the Nordics. You will have support from a tight Four FM-team, with colleagues in Sweden as well as in Denmark, Finland and Norway.

Your mission

As Account Manager Nordics you will have a portfolio of clients, for which you will have total control and responsibility of the service deliverance. Four FM tailors every FM solution to fit the client, and always makes sure that every client experience a smooth and personal relationship with us.

Four FM work cross Nordic, and the accounts in your portfolio will stretch over the national borders, allowing you to manage your client's accounts regardless of the different site locations. This provides a stimulating and international working environment that offers great opportunities for professional growth and development.

Leadership

At several client sites, we have our own "on-site staff" permanently based at the client's facility. These people are vital for our service deliverance since they are representing Four FM at the very heart of our client's business, carrying out our services under the Four FM flag. These staff will report directly to you, and you will have a close collaboration with them, to make sure we always have one ear to the client's organization, giving us the ability to stay one step ahead. Part of your mission will be to lead, develop and support your on-site staff, making sure they have the tools to perform services of the highest quality.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Plan, execute and manage the day-to-day service delivery.
- Deliver our services according to SLA & work descriptions meeting KPI's.
- Full accountability regarding the client, contract, sub-contractors and contractual terms.
- Plan and execute cross-and upselling activities.
- Drive continuous development process.
- Accountable for portfolio P&L targets are met.
- Hire and develop members of your team.


Qualifications:

We are searching for you who want to be part of a dynamic company that rapidly expands and develops. Who loves to work in an international environment with a lot of freedom and responsibility to plan and execute business.

You need to be service-minded and have the ability to communicate with people from different nationalities and backgrounds. This demands excellent communications skills and understanding that people communicate in different ways and being able to adjust your way of communication to fit the client. To be successful you also need to be social and outgoing, with the ability to quickly establish trust as well as build long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and staff.

Since our clients are international companies, you need to have excellent English skills, verbally as well as written. You also need some skills in Swedish, to be able to perform some of the frequent tasks, approving invoices written in Swedish for example.

You should have previous experience in client-focused services and from being accountable for budgets.

You need to have a driver's license, good knowledge of the Office 365 package, and be used to working with your computer and phone as your primary working tools.

Working hours:

The position is full-time, but you plan your own work and schedule.

The job will require traveling, probably two overnight travels/month on average.
