Per Majak (https://www.linkedin.com/in/per-majak-a90684/), our Nordic Sales Director is looking to strengthen the team with a talented Account Manager to join our Stockholm office.

What you’ll do at Nexus

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and growing Nexus’ business in the Nordic region.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- You will create demand, generate leads, and engage with C-levels.

- You will cooperate with different partners, partner managers, marketing, product development, and other colleagues to develop the Nordic market.

- You will collaborate internally to ensure sales deals are finished in a correct and timely way.

- You will become Nexus Nordic market ambassador and the de-facto “business consultant” person that people will think to contact when new opportunities emerge.

- You will lead and report on sales activity and forecasts to management.

- You will drive sales activities of the complete Nexus portfolio towards primarily Enterprise customers in Sweden and the Nordic region.

- When applicable, you will cooperate and develop business opportunities with other Business Lines within IN Groupe.

- You will meet and exceed set financial and strategic goals within the role.



Some of the Tools: Salesforce, Forecasting tools, Excel, Tender databases, LinkedIn, and other ways to reach and build a network.

- You know how to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. You ensure that hand-offs are correct and take pride in accuracy and precision. You are proactive and self-driven, and you are not afraid of taking initiative. You prepare well for important events and meetings, you rarely do things by chance.

- You are business driven and own a positive growth mindset. You understand “business” rather than just “sales”. You are able to focus your time where it makes the most impact and take decisions in a way that makes sense for the company.

- You take responsibility for your work and independently structure the approach and drive processes and projects with minimal guidance. Still, you also know how to lead, motivate, and empower others with the capacity necessary to achieve common goals effectively.

- You embrace your strong networking and building relationships skills. You consider Opportunity Cost in your daily sales activities

- You are able to handle difficult or unexpected situations in the workplace as well as complex business challenges.



Qualifications

- You are experienced in direct sales, partner management, or both in the Nordic region.

- You have a working proficiency level in English and Swedish or other Scandinavian languages.

- You possess a background in Tech, Cybersecurity Software, SaaS, PKI, Identity Management, IoT, or IT.

- You have the ability to travel and possess a proactive mindset to visit different stakeholders.

- You possess a relevant partner network.

- You have an interest in security and tech, have some experience or you are willing to learn.

- You are familiar with Sales Qualification Methodologies such as BANT and MEDDIC. You understand the Sales process.

- You are comfortable communicating with C-levels.
