About Worko:
Worko was founded in 2011 in Stockholm with the ambition to rethink the traditional recruitment industry. Since then, we've grown and our products are well established with hundreds of clients within tech and construction. We've even been awarded prizes for our growth journey by Di Gasell and also for our fantastic work culture by Great Place To Work.

Worko doesn't work with traditional search to fulfill temporary needs for our clients. Instead we help our customers to attract passive candidates over time, with a starting point in their strategic ambitions, and growth plans!
About the position as Account Manager:
Companies can no longer recruit based on when the timing is right for them, it's the candidates market. Meaning, building proactive pipelines is essential in todays recruitment market, with a large volume enough we can accomodate the needs of shorter periods but above all, we can chart when the best candidates are open to new opportunities.
Your goal is to identify clients with the adequate need of recruitment and help them understand what they need to do in todays market and continue to grow their business. This often means you'll have to challenge clients in their way of thinking in order to work as a trusted advisor and guide them in todays recruitment market.
At Worko, we work in three different customer segments (small, medium/large and enterprise). The reason to it is no other than that the sales process towards these organizations differ. The medium/large and enterprise organizations often requires involvement of several stakeholder (especially the enterprise segment).
The following areas of responsibility are included:
- Prospecting potential clients
- Book meetings with potential and existing clients
- Managing the sales process towards clients end to end
- Quotation and contract writing
- Follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project
- Develop relations and business with existing clients
Who we think you are:
To be successfull as a Account Manager at Worko, we think you're driven and thrives in a high-pace work enviroment and to work towards goals. You're stimulated by building relations and learning about different industries and roles.
To succeed in the role:
- Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian and English is a requirement (speaking and writing)
- 3 years of experience within B2B sales is a minimum
- Preferably (but not a requirement) education within Sales/Economics or other relevant fields
- Preferably experience within SaaS/PaaS-sales
- The ability to make decisions based on data
- A desire to develop yourself in bringing in new clients and develop existing accounts

- A fixed salary + comission (on every deal, meaning you're not overperforming to earn comission).
