Then you may be our new OEM Account Manager for Wood Coatings Business in Sweden and Finland.

You will be part of a committed team of sales, technicians and customer service and an expanded team of Marketing, R&D and Supply Chain, mainly placed at our production site just outside of Malmö, Sweden.

What you will do?
In the role as Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our current customer base as well as growing our business. You will have Sweden and Finland as your main areas, but other Nordic countries as well as specified customer projects can also be included in your field. Main focus in the role will be to stay active with current customers, to drive projects and improvements and to grow our sales. The customers are in a wide range of areas, such as wood-based manufacturers of furniture’s, windows, floors and doors. Your main tasks will be to:
• Regularly visit existing and potential customers
• Nurture customer relationships and thereby actively strengthen our position in the market
• Maintain a professional relationship with our customers and work actively with our sales strategies to secure profitable growth
• Participate actively in our product portfolio development and implement innovations in line with customer needs.
• Work closely with internal as well as external stakeholders in order to secure agreed level of services
• Price and contract negotiations in cooperation with sales management

This is a permanent employment. Location is flexible as you will be home based. You will report to Sales Manager North Europe.

Who you are?
To succeed as an Account Manager, you need to understand industrial B2B sales processes combined with a strong technical and solid interest. Knowledge within the paints and coatings industry is an advantage but not a demand. The most important are your personal qualities. As a person you are extremely independent, have self-discipline and thrive on your own responsibility. You are structured in your way of working and understand the importance of planning your activities, as well as reporting the outcome of them. Goal oriented, relationship building and customer focused are words that describes you. You can deliver results by motivating and developing your customers through a professional, serious and honest attitude. At the same time are you a team player with a good sense of hum good at building long term relationships and can communicate with many different types of people, internally as well as externally. We assume that you are able to communicate in Nordic languages as well in English.
