Responsibilities
As Account Manager you will ensure we are retaining and expanding existing clients and are delivering value to our clients in the Nordics. You will be responsible for either the SME or Micro client segment.
You will for example:
- Create value for our clients and work with solution based selling
- Renew and negotiate client contracts to ensure our clients continue growing with us
- Work proactively with clients to pursue a high Gross Retention Rate (GRR) and Net Retention Rate (NRR)
- Hold business reviews and present data to our clients.
Personal attributes
To succeed as Account Manager, you need to have a proactive mindset where you plan ahead and organize your work efforts into client facing activities to ensure client retention and contract renewals. With your strong communication skills, you enjoy presenting to C-level stakeholders and try to understand the client’s needs by listening, before you use your problem-solving skills to deliver a suitable solution for the client. You are passionate about sales and work goal-oriented by driving the client dialogue towards completion and by ensuring promises towards clients are being kept. Furthermore, you are a positive team-player who follow up and coordinate resources when needed.
We also see that you have:
- 1-2 years of experience as Account Manager, Client Success Manager or similar where you have been commercially responsible for an existing client portfolio
- Professional language proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Very good skills in PowerPoint, as you will build and perform presentations for client meetings.

- Experience of complex SaaS-sales and/or sales experience in HR Tech
- Experience working in New Sales
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Human Resources or similar
- Good knowledge in the CRM system Salesforce.
