WorkShop is one of the fastest growing agencies in Europe and to support this growth, we are now looking for a new superstar to our team. A service-minded, result-oriented and forward-thinking Account Manager.
As Account Manager you are outmost responsible for the accounts appointed to you. You are the glue within the agency, bringing different competencies and project teams together to answer on client requests and needs. You are responsible for creating strong relationships and making sure that we are overdelivering on client expectations. Your key metrics and objectives are to increase the gross profit and revenue in combination with a high client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship with key stakeholders and influencers
- Provide annual account development plans and report progress on monthly/quarterly basis
- Coordinate and govern the different service streams that is provided to the client
- Ensure that the contract between us and client is being fulfilled from both parties and negotiate the contract upon renewal
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business based on growth opportunities
- Follow financial workflow including budgeting, forecast, financial follow-up, washout sessions, invoicing
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
