Nasdaq is looking for an Account Manager to join the Nasdaq Governance Solutions (NGS) team within our Corporate Platforms division.

With this position we offer


The Nasdaq Governance Solutions Account Manager is responsible for relationship management, revenue retention and growth for all assigned clients within their portfolio (clients based in Sweden). Whether reacting to a request or through proactive outreach, the Account Manager builds relationships with their clients that allow them to understand each clients individual needs and workflow, ensure Governance services are fully utilized, identify any areas of risk that require escalation as well as opportunities for growth. The Account Manager will work closely with the Sales and Service teams to provide a holistic view of the client relationship and service delivery and ensure that all client expectations are met. Your role and responsibilities


Engage with customers to understand their needs and objectives


Ensure the customer is utilizing and benefiting from the full extent of our NGS solutions


Understand product footprint within each account - spend, usage, past issues, etc.


Engage with the customer and establish relationships at all levels within their organization, especially with the decision-maker


Own and address all at risk situations for portfolio of customers.Act as the first internal point of escalation in case of any issues with the service and engage all internal stakeholders in the retention plan


Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities and own contracting process


Work with internal teams to ensure any client-facing issues are resolved and changes are made to prevent reoccurrence


Solicit information from all other internal client touch points (Sales, Support, etc.) to maintain holistic view of client relationship


Provide contract management and forecasting within CRM for existing business


We expect you to have


Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field


Several years of experience in account management preferably within B2B SaaS based solutions


Excellent client engagement skills, including t1he ability to build and manage client relationships


Comfortable working with all levels of an organization. Ability to engage and interact with C-level corporate executives and board members


Positive attitude and deep customer service orientation


Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills


Able to keep composure and make decisions in stressful situations


Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English


It would be great if you have


A general understanding of the Governance space and workflows
