YOU WILL
This is a key position where you will work with sales of the full range of the “Agro & FAD” product portfolio in the designated territory and be part of a team that consists of 7 persons. You will be a member of the EMEA sales organization and indirect the global sales organization. You will define, develop, implement, and execute the business strategy for the assigned accounts under the supervision of the Sales Manager Agriculture EMEA and have direct contact with customers in the field, representing Nouryon in a professional manner. This includes to manage customer relationships and requirements in line with the Performance Formulations/Agriculture BL strategy.
Some of your tasks and responsibilities will be to:
- Develop, manage, and ensure realization of strategies created and the sales for the assigned accounts
- Fully understand the assigned accounts’ current and future needs and act upon the customer’s strategy and tactics
- Deliver sales according to budget and take ownership of and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities for the business/segment at the key accounts
- Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses
- Increase volume and profitability for the assigned accounts
This position is located in Gothenburg (Sweden), but other locations can be considered if there is a good match, such as South part of Sweden and Amersfoort In Netherlands.
YOU ARE
A clear and confident communicator with the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. It is crucial to be a relationship builder following through on commitments and we believe that you are a natural leader that enjoys influencing others. We also value characteristics such as being a good problem solver and being able to multitask and prioritize when needed. Furthermore, you are pro-active in your way or working and resilient.
We expect you to be a professional with broad and/or extensive knowledge, including a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience from the agriculture industry or equivalent. Experience in Chemical process and business environment is also preferred. Working in a global business culture comes naturally. You should also have experience of working in CRM tools and SAP, which is desirable. A Master’s degree in business or Science is needed and MBA degree is preferred. Finally, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and other relevant languages.
