Role & Responsibility
In the role as Account Manager Norway your job is to sustain, develop and grow the Norwegian market though existing as well as new customers and projects. In the role you will be responsible throughout the whole sales process in close collaboration with the Customer Support Team (CST) as well as the Design & Development team.
The business is often executed as projects with multiple stake holders involved from the customer?s side. The sales process varies from 2 months up to a year or more.As Account Manager you are a crucial part of the Scandinavian sales team of 4 people direct reporting to the Regional Sales Director, Scandinavia/North East Europe.
Experiences & Characteristics
In order to succeed in the role as Account Manager, you are a driven and result oriented person with B2B sales experience. Preferably from within the packaging or logistics industry, used to handle the whole sales process from calling and booking to project management, negotiation, deal closing and follow-up. Since the job requires quite a lot of traveling, the person will preferably work from own home office. The Scandinavian head office is at present located in Perstorp, in the Southern part of Sweden.
Key competencies
Sales activities including:
-Market and competitor intelligence
-Identifying new opportunities and actualizing them
-Contacting and visiting new customers and allocated existing accounts (multiple stake holders)
-Logistics analysis, offer preparation, commercial negotiations etc.
