ROI supports a range of automotive manufacturers in their fleet sales activity by providing sales support, account management and business centre activities designed to increase the market penetration of some of the world’s most recognisable vehicle brands.
Our office in Gothenburg is based on-site at Volvo (Torslanda) and employs a small team tasked with managing the key global accounts of the field-based fleet sales team based in key global markets.
The role:
ROI is looking to recruit an Account Support Manager. Reporting to manager of the fleet business centre, you will be responsible for:
Coordination of Volvo’s response in a timely manner to Tenders from major global corporate customers
Direct liaison with account teams in other continental locations. You will be responsible for co-ordinating tenders for orders to ensure maximum share of fleet purchases
Capturing of key information pertinent to the issuing of contracts / support terms to major customers and ensuring that information is captured accurately and in a timely fashion
Calculating and then submitting global fleet bonuses for payment
Maintaining key customer relationships and ensuring queries are responded to promptly and that the brand is promoted accurately
Updating the CRM systems and ensuring all KPIs are met
The successful candidate should possess:
Excellent communication and influencing skills- you should be able to confidently interact with a range of both internal and external customers
Exceptional administrative skills- you should be able to work quickly and accurately
Excellent IT skills demonstrated through the use of Excel, Word and preference that you will have worked with a sales process/CRM system: such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce etc.
A calm, friendly personality and the ability to remain measured under pressure
An understanding of typical tendering / procurement processes and an understanding of the automotive industry is desirable, but not essential.
Excellent written skills and a keen eye for detail
Qualifications:
It is essential that you speak fluent English and have a strong awareness of business vocabulary
Additional European languages would be advantageous to your application
