Accountant

Finance and Accounting is responsible for making sure that the company can handle all business initiatives in a legally compliant way and ensure that all sales-channels are aligned from an accounting perspective. We are a strategic business partner and support the group's business development in order to achieve our long-term goals. We are responsible for ensuring that the financial reporting keeps up with the high pace of the group.

Accounts Receivable (AR) is a central department within our function that works closely together with our colleagues in accounting departments around the world. Accounts Receivable is responsible for handling partner billing and we also handle the accounts for new business initiatives. We are now looking for a colleague to join our team New Business Accounting.

Your responsibilities
Create invoices
Check and book incoming payments
Manage partner commission
Manage intercompany transactions
Account reconciliations
Communicate and collaborate with internal partners and accounting departments
Support partners on invoice related queries
Develop and improve our internal processes and routines
Ensure quality within your area through guidance of other departments and functions
Set requirements towards our business partners when developing new accounting solutions



Qualifications
Degree within Business Administration & Economics (or similar) or equivalent experience within Finance/Accounting
+3 years of relevant work experience within Accounting/Accounts Receivables with good understanding of digital sales, stock accounting and closing processes
Fluent in English, both in speech and writing
Strong communication skills
Documented experience of driving and implementing changes within Accounting
You are curious and a fast learner
Experienced excel user
Knowledge of Power BI
+2 years working experience of SAP Finance and Dynamics365 (user level)
Experience in Dynamic 365
