Due to an upcoming maternity leave within the Finance team we are now searching for a structured, service minded and analytical accountant, with documented experience in a financial large scale corporate environment. The position will be temporary for one year, starting in April/May 2022.
A REGULAR DAY AT WORK
You will be an important part of the Finance team in Ljungby. You will be responsible for managing and accounting of all bank transactions, incoming and outgoing payments for the business.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Registration of all incoming payments against accounts receivables
Issuing manual outgoing payments
Various investigative work concerning bank transactions
Daily booking of all bank transactions
Reconciliations of bank accounts and interim accounts linked to payments
Forecasting of currency flows on a monthly basis
Supporting sales departments with orders in credit hold

Work in an accurate, structured and efficient way, thus being able to handle a larger flow of transactions
Social skills and service minded for being able to handle both internal and external contacts
Flexible in your approach to work and enjoy working in both an individual role as well as in a team
Analytical and ability to identify economic relationship to get a deeper understanding of the job
Driven, ability to solve problems and adaptable as we act in a changing environment and in many IT-environments
Reliable and self-confident person to be able to have the responsibility for bank transactions
Business sense, understand key business issues and drivers to be able to support in various tasks

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Degree in Business and Economics/MBA or equivalent
1-3 years of work experience in accounting and financial position
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel and experience of working in an ERP system
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
