Are you eager to take on a new challenging opportunity within Tetra Pak as Accountant at OtC (Order to Cash) at the Finance Hub in Sweden?



The Finance Hub consists of more than 50 experienced Finance and Operational Purchasing professionals and handles, Accounting, Reporting, Treasury and Purchasing activities for 17 Nordic entities. The role for the OtC is to drive, coordinate and secure the full Accounts Receivables process for the legal entities in scope. Main stakeholders at our client companies are project leaders, cost centre responsible and controllers.

Main responsibilities

-Daily issues related to customer invoices and Accounts Receivables
-Provide support to our stakeholders in various issues within Finance
-Daily contact with our outsourcing partner Capgemini
-Customer follow-up
-Account Reconciliation
-Manual payments
-Main contact to our bank
-Re-billing and Re-invoicing
-Other common duties associated with general accounting




Qualifications


We place great emphasis on your personality, which should include a strong personal drive for result, analytical skills as well as accuracy and preciseness. As a person you are service minded and contribute with your excellent team player skills to the team.



To be successful in this position we believe you have a relevant educational background within Accounting or Business Administration. Also, you have preferable experience from similar work and hands on knowledge of SAP, and/or Accounts Receivable. Good knowledge of Excel is essential. You have a good command in English, both written and verbal.
