Here is an extraordinary opportunity to really be involved from start when Nobia is building one of Europe´s most advanced factories for kitchens in Jönköping. Nobia is investing 3 500 MSEK in a 120 000 m2 factory with top-of-the-line equipment, expecting to reach full capacity in 2024. At the same time Nobia is setting up a new ERP blueprint for the Group and will make the first manufacturing launch at the new factory in Jönköping.
As an Accountant, you will be part of a great team working to setup, modernize, streamline and optimize all aspects of the administrative processes with end-to-end solutions wherever possible. This is what you will do
In this unique opportunity you will work in the new Finance organization in close cooperation with the project team in Jönköping as well as with other Group functions supporting the project, where you will:
• Participate in our SAP implementation and set up the daily bookkeeping routines for your areas which is mainly within transactional accounting such as AR, AP, cash and banks and general accounting
• Be responsible for efficient and accurate general accounting for your areas
• Define, create and implement solutions to identified matters within your areas
• Have an active part in setting up the accounting and financial routines as the volume and complexity of the Jönköping site expands
Over time the function will ramp up and more specialist/lead work tasks will be added to this role and in a more long-term perspective there will be great opportunity to grow within Nobia.
The role is based in Jönköping and will report to Accounting Manager and will be part of Group Finance Operations led by Viveca Kjelke, Group Finance Operations Director.
You have
• University degree in business administration/accounting or equal
• Experience from general accounting and VAT etc
• Good working knowledge in accounting rules and systems.
• Good working knowledge from ERP systems tools, SAP and Basware are advantageous.
• Fluent Swedish and English

• Able to identify problems, gather and efficiently process necessary data and draw relevant conclusions
• Skilled in navigating and understanding functionality in systems and tools
