OM TJÄNSTEN
In this role you will work administratively with a variety of tasks and be part of the entire process within the Purchase to Pay flow. The role also requires contact with the company's customers and guiding them through questions concerning invoices and the supplier invoice process. You will also be a part of developing current and new financial flows within the company.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
The tasks mainly consist of helping with various tasks within the purchasing to the Payment accounting team and the Process team. Examples of work tasks:


* Process supplier invoices
* Be a part of the Purchase to Pay Process Owner team
* Developing current and new financial flows and support in process improvements
* Be the contact person for customers regarding matters concerning invoices and the supplier invoice process
* Provide the organization training in the Invoice to Pay area/processes


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- University Finance bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience working with financial flows
- Knowledge in accounting and/or controlling
- Experienced from working with different ERP systems
- Fluent in English both in speech and writing since it´s the companys business language
- Experience from working in SAP, Workday or S4

As a person, you have good communication skills and find it easy to connect and collaborate with other functions and Stakeholders. It is easy for you to take your own initiatives to move forward in your work and you are also driven by problem solving.
