To our site in Gothenburg, we are now looking for a new colleague to our finance team.

About the role
This position is based in Gothenburg where Power Factors have an office with about 80 employees. Currently you are offered a flexible hybrid office model with possibility to combine with remote work if requested. You will join the finance team, which is located in several countries, and report to the Group Controller in Canada. You will therefore work both independently and cross-functionally in an autonomous work environment.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Manage the day-to-day full cycle accounting including A/R and A/P processes, general ledger working papers, and capital assets of specific group companies
- Preparation of ad hoc company financial analysis as requested by management
- Prepare monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
- Participate in the monthly US GAAP Close process for EMEA entities, including but not limited to, preparing intercompany JE entries and invoices, allocating bank transactions, and preparing funding requests for intercompany settlements
- Ensuring compliance with local statutory reporting requirements
Your Profile

You have Post-secondary education in Accounting and have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in an accounting environment. You have US GAAP knowledge and experience in an international and multicurrency environment.
As a person you have good communication and interpersonal skills and are fluent in English and Swedish. You also have strong attention to detail and time management skills.
