Job Summary

We would like You to start this assignment asap and the contract is full time.

You will be working with a team of 50 professionals who provide finance operation services to all Nordic entities within the company. Your role will be to drive, coordinate, and secure the full accounts receivables process for the legal entities in scope.

You will be based in Lund, Sweden.  

 




What you will do

Daily issues related to customer invoices and Accounts receivables
Provide support to our stakeholders in various issues within Finance
Daily contact with the clients outsourcing partner
Customer follow-up
Account Reconciliation
Create and update customer master data
Participating in monthly book-closing process from OtC perspective
Initiate, adopt and drive continuous improvement through deployment of modern tools or methods: automation, analytics, data modeling, etc.,
Other common duties associated with general accounting








We believe you have

To apply for the role, we want you to have a few years of experience in Accounts receivable and book closing, good skills in Excel. Furthermore, you have experience with Accounts Payable and OTC.
