Aurenav is a multinational company with our European headquarters based in Stockholm, Sweden since 2003. We are experiencing rapid growth and looking for people that want to work with a dynamic, growng company in a and multicultural environment. The position of accountant involves both internal and external client work that will take place primarily at our offices located a short walk from the Farsta Strand Pendeltåg and T-bana stations. Aurenav offers a salary and benefit package including insurance, sharing and flexible working hours. Salary will be based on expereince. Training on Aurenav accounting systems and procedures will be provided.
The jobholder will, in particular, be responsible for the following areas of work:
Accounting (Swedish BAS accounting standards)
Bookeeping (both internal and client)
Payroll (both internal and client)
Administration primarily relating to HR and client communications
Preparing accounting and financial reports
Working directly with internal and client managers
Ensuring that regulatory reports are completed and filed within required deadlines
Qualifications and experiences required:
Degree and/or relevant experience in accounting or finance
Minimum 2 years work expereince working with Swedish accounting
Bookkeeping experience based on Swedish accounting standards (BAS)
Familiarity with Swedish accounting, bookkeeping and/or payroll software systems (VISMA)
Business level proficiency in English and Swedish (written, spoken and ability to make presentations)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Experience in reconciliation work

Previous hands-on expereince with Visma accounting software products (Administration and/or Lön)
Working in an international and multicultural environment
Working with mutliple currency accounting
Familiarity with UK and US accounting standards
Familiarity with Swedish tax regulations
Living and/or working abroad
Driving License
