About the assignment and the Financial Team

In this assignment you will join the Accounting Specialists Department (Financial Control and Accounting) within a well-known organization in the automotive sector. They are responsible for financial compliance in all legal entities of the company. Financial compliance is defined as meeting all statutory requirements and internal requirements as described in policies, directives and in Financial Policies and Procedures (FPP).

Financial Control and Accounting (FCA) secures financial compliance in all legal entities in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders through the FCA responsible and the Chief Accountant roles. FCA also manages the local tax administration and local treasury related tasks in accordance with directions and approvals from Corporate Functions. FCA reviews the legal entity finance and is proactive regarding risk management while securing adherence to Policies, directives, and instructions. The department are undergoing a digitalization journey, as they are switching Travel and Expense Management System to Chrome River. You would be the star who help out in this change with your previous knowledge and positive attitude towards change and challenges.

Your responsibilities will be to:

* Handle Expense Payments in Chrome River
* Administration (Handling and storage of physical receipts etc)

Required education and experience:

* Academic bachelor degree in accounting
* Minimum of 2 years of experience gained in the accounting area preferably within Travel and Expense Management
* Previous experience of working in Chrome River
* Great skills in SAP, Excel and Office365
* Proficiency in Swedish and English both verbal and written
