We are looking for a fulltime accountant, who will be responsible for the financial accounting in our Swedish office in Lund. The position is a permanent placement from day 1.
MAIN RESPONSBILITIES

The accountant will independently manage the financial accounting, including preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with Swedish Accounting Law.
• Current accounting including accounts receivables and account payables (various currencies, analysis, debt reconciliations), in- and outgoing payments and other financial transactions
• Handle VAT (import & export, tax returns, deductions) and prepare tax returns
• Project accounting
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Monthly and annual closing including preparation of the annual report
• Providing various evaluations, reporting and statistics
• Assistance in building up the international processes
• Support export administration in coordination with Head of Export
Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate qualitative information on financial position of our business, while ensuring we are compliant with all tax and legal regulations.
You will report to the Group CFO.
YOUR PROFILE
We believe you have at least 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant, Auditor or Financial Assistant. You probably have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
We are looking for an accountant with a broad background within financial accounting.
To be successful in this role it is important that you are a networked thinker and an exact and efficient contributor with high integrity, who loves to work with numbers. In our business, it is essential to be service-oriented, flexible and focused on high quality.
Qualifications:
• Work experience as an accountant in an international environment
• Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures in Sweden
• Hands-on experience with accounting/payroll software VISMA would be a plus
• Good MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and excellent communicative ability
You must have a good command of English, which is our corporate language, and a high proficiency of Swedish.
