Accounting Assistant

Your role in our team.
You will be a part of our Finance department, working within Accounting Transaction team. Accounting Transaction is responsible for the administration process, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, store accounting, stocktaking/inventory adjustments and/or e-commerce customer credit handling.

We understand that you are curious to know more about the role! Here are some examples of work tasks: administration of systems, contact with suppliers or stores, month closing procedures, and to assist and support the organisation in accounting related issues.

This is a full-time substitute position starting in January 2021, approximately one year.

To succeed in this role, you have passion for accounting and administration and you have the ability to structure work after workload, goals and deadlines. You are accurate, efficient and committed to what you do. We also see that you have the ability to see the big picture and based on that, you prioritize and act with high flexibility. You are comfortable in making your own decisions and managing your time. You are interested in finance related IT-development, you take responsibility for developing own skills and performance, and of course, you are a strong team player! You believe in togetherness and you are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:

• Higher studies of business and finance or minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other financial transactions
• Basic knowledge of accounting principals
• Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious: Experience from Microsoft Dynamics, Basware, and/or Save Solution, experience from retail industry
