We are looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant who loves numbers and to give the best service to our suppliers and store sellers. Join our Shared Service Center and be one of our fantastic colleagues.

Our Shared Service Center Team at Kappahl is part of our Finance department. We handle both the Swedish operation and group finance as well as foreign subsidiaries' external financial statements. We are 13 colleagues in our team and are now looking for a new team-player.

We offer you Your main responsibility is working with store accounting and accounts payable for one or several Kappahl companies. Other common tasks are store accounts; follow-up and review of means of payment, cost follow-up, in accounts payable; accounting/review of invoices, follow-up of payment flow, account reconciliations, and financial statements. You also support the organization in different accounting issues, processes, and analyses.

Your competence We think you have a master's degree in Economics or similar. You also have previous experience working as an Accounting Assistant and are used to handling larger transaction flows. You have good understanding of current accounting principles and are familiar working with modern economy systems.

It is essential that you have good knowledge in Windows Office, especially Excel. It is also meritorious if you have experience of working in the business system Jeeves. Of course, you speak and write both English and Swedish fluently.

Your personality You are a communicative team-player who enjoys working with people and knows how important service is for us. You have a structured and pedagogical way of working and are thorough, driven, and unpretentious. As much as you enjoy working in a team you can also work independently.
