Accounting Assistant part time (Student) to AB Lindex

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to work extra during your studies and full time over the summer at our head office in Gothenburg!

Your role in our team. You will be a part of our Finance department, working within the Accounting Transaction team. Together in your team you make sure to handle the administration process, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, store accounting, stocktaking/inventory adjustments and/or e-commerce customer credit handling. You also help our customers with their refunds, you are coding the invoices, having contact with suppliers, and working with account receivables.

This is a part time position starting as soon as possible for approximately 8-20 hours per week and full time during the summer.

Student of business and finance with at least 1-2 years to graduation
Available part time approximately 8-20 h per week while studying
Available for fulltime work during the summer
Have good knowledge in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
