Is accounting and administration your thing? Are you a structured and accurate team player who is curious about digital tools and how they can help you in your work? Great! We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to our head office in Gothenburg! 

Your role in our team.

You are part of our Finance department and the Accounting Transaction team, a team that works with the administration process - such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, store accounting, stocktaking/inventory adjustments and/or e-commerce customer credit handling. As Accounting Assistant, you e.g., are in contact with suppliers, coding invoices, and handle payments to suppliers. You also support colleagues in the organisation when it comes to different accounting related questions. You work with monthly closing procedures and administration of finance related systems.

This is a substitute position approximately 1 year with preferable start date according to agreement.

Higher studies within Economics, Finance, Business or similar, or work experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and other financial transactions
Basic knowledge of accounting principals
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: experience from Microsoft Dynamics, Basware and/or Save Solution, experience from the retail industry
