Accounting Associate

As we are in the process of establishing a RSC in Lund, we are starting up with searching for two accounting associates.

Purpose of the role:


Key tasks and responsibilities are:

-Process Management: To prepare with integrity, the production of all financial and management accounts for RSC Clients in line with the Accounting Timetable and internal procedures.
- Reporting: Execute all stages of the reporting process on a monthly basis, in accordance with the Financial Reporting Manual.Including preparation and submission of intrastate and VAT.
- General Ledger: Preparation of internal re-billing and re-invoicing.
- Treasury activities: To carry out liquidity forecasting, reconciliation of accounts.
- Quality: Proactively drive implementation and support global finance processes.
- Performance Management: Accurately maintain performance measurement files.Comply with process based KPI's per the SLA and any other internal measurement tools.


Kvalifikationer

We are looking for a service minded person.You should be a team player with good accounting knowledge and with client focus.You should have the ability to work independently.

You have a good theoretical education and perhaps some experience from similar work.You should be fast at learning the business and processes/ operations in the company and be able to provide qualitative work despite of tight dead lines.You have a good knowledge in English.
