We are looking for an outstanding Accounting Associate
Web Manuals is looking for an Accounting Associate to join our Finance team consisting of two ambitious team members working from Sweden to support the subsidiaries in Sweden, the US and Singapore. Finances for all subsidiaries are currently managed at the headquarters in Malmö. In your role as the Accounting Associate, you will be working closely with both the rest of the Finance team as well as the different parts of the global Web Manuals organization handling customers and partners. Your main responsibility will be the accounts receivables and communication with customers and partners regarding invoices, contracts, and payments.
Responsibilities in the role
To manage the monthly invoicing of customers and manage the follow-up of late payments with customers.
To monitor incoming payments.
To ensure orderly handling of customer contracts in our system.
To manage pricing and invoicing configurations in accounting systems.
To support the finance team with accounts payable, VAT and tax returns and other day-to-day accounting activities.
To support the finance team in creating monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
To administer corporate records for the companies in the group.
To maintain communication with authorities regarding corporate records.
To participate in projects regarding accounting, internal control and other ad hoc analyses.
To establish and develop finance processes and maintain proper control of their performance.

Who are we looking for?
You are structured, analytical and have a good eye for details and can keep records and files organized.
You are a clear and professional communicator since communication with customers and is a part of your daily work.
You can work independently and quickly get into new work-related situations.
You are quality conscious, responsive to your views and committed to your work at all levels.
We feel strongly about digitizing and simplifying processes and we hope you feel the same.



A successful candidate should have the following qualifications
Degree in business and administration, accounting, or relevant field
Experience of working in Fortnox or similar accounting system (meriting)
Experience of working in an international environment (meriting)
Good knowledge of Excel
Interest and knowledge in systems and to own the entire accounting flow
Fluent in Swedish and English
