Accounting Expert (F/m/d) – Booking process & validation

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.The commercial vehicle industry is undergoing a transformation from fossil based to electrified and sustainable transport solutions.

To support this transformation, an electric mobility service provider (eMSP) solution will be established that focuses on providing a single point of access to charge points across Europe for commercial electric vehicle customers including enabling of invoicing & payment for respective charging events.

To ensure smooth accounting processes of the eMSP, we are looking for an operational specialist to join our team. Let’s shape the future of electrified, sustainable transport together!

Your task:

Supervision and execution of operational accounting tasks, including:


• Definition and validation of booking rules according to TRATON group defined standards.
• Supervision of the accounts receivable and accounts payable process including claims management.
• Supervision of external reporting including creation of annual reports.
• Execution of monthly closing procedures, internal control system steps and validation of balance sheet according to TRATON group defined standards.
• Execution and further optimization of operational accounting processes.
• Support in VAT and income tax filings in alignment with tax advisor.

Your profile: 


• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, ideally with specialization in accounting, taxes or auditing.
• Minimum 3 year of professional experience in operational accounting and profound knowledge of Swedish GAAP and IRFS standards.
• Result-driven, empathetic personality with strong communication skills, and the ability to work cooperative within a diverse team.
• Proficient English skills, both spoken and written.
