About the company
Dynamic Code wants to help people take control of their own health. To achieve this, they develop meaningful health and diagnostics tests based on DNA technology. The tests are offered through a digital communications and logistics platform, a platform that revolutionizes medical sampling and diagnostic testing. Tests that previously required samples to be collected at a clinic and by healthcare professionals, and sometimes took months or even years to fully process, can now be performed by the patient, and results and treatments are received in just a few days. All without compromising quality – tests from Dynamic Code meet all medical and regulatory requirements.

Job description
Dynamic Code has had enormous growth during the past year. With the aim of continued growth both nationally and internationally, we are now building an modern finance function equipped for the future.
We are in a phase where we need to strengthen with an experienced Accounting Manager who can further develop the finance function, administratively, systemically and process-wise. In step with the company's growth, the pace and transaction volumes have increased, which places new demands on the function.

The role in brief:
• Responsibility for ensuring that monthly, quarterly and annual accounts are correct and prepared on time ("own the balance sheet")
• Optimize, modernize and automate the company's accounting routines and processes to ensure internal control and organizational efficiency
• Responsible for the company's annual report and declarations
• Be up to date on current accounting issues to be able to act as an advisor within your team and in the rest of the organization
• Have contact with internal as well as external stakeholders such as auditors and suppliers
You work closely and report to the CFO and you initially have an accounting economist in your team who handles ledgers and salaries.


Your profile
We are looking for a candidate who has several years of experience from a corresponding role and an academic degree in economics. A few years of experience from an auditing firm is an advantage.

Our History
The Founder of Dynamic Code, Anne Kihlgren, has extensive experience with DNA analyses, developing technical analysis for crime investigations as a former employee at Statens Kriminaltekniska Laboratorium during the 90s. Fascinated by the wealth of information available with DNA tests, she quickly became aware of the possibilities to do much more. It was at the lab
that she made the realization that DNA information has the potential to revolutionize the health care of the future.
