Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

- Responsible of the local financial statement closing process of three manufacturing companies.
- Manage the companies adherence to the applied accounting principles of Koenigsegg Group (K3 framework).
- Supervise and lead the accounting team ( 3-4 FTE´s personnel responsibility) carrying out the daily accounting of the above companies.
- Perform the financial statement closing process of inventory accounting; reconciliations and valuation of WIP as well as profit margins included.
- Driving the accounting related ERP improvement work and accountable of the cost accounting model.
- Administrate the bank authorization process as well as daily bank transactions.
- Lead the companies continuous improvement initiatives, mainly related to the internal control over financial reporting as well as the efficiency of financial statement closing process.
- Responsible of the monthly reporting and payment process of VAT and employers declaration submitted to the Swedish Tax Authority.
- Preparing and lead the Annual report process (K3 framework) of the companies.

Need to have
Several years of experience in leading, coaching and developing an accounting department in a manufacturing company and masters the entire financial statement closing process, advantageously with a background from an accounting and / or auditing firm.

- Bachelor´s degree in business administration or similar.
- Many years of practical accounting experience related to the processes of inventory- and internal accounting.
- Solid competence in the K3 accounting framework, Swedish Company Act, Annual Accounts Act, Income tax legislation, VAT regulations and other social tax regulations applicable.
- Practical experience of working with internal control over financial statements is an advantage.
- Practical experience in reporting Group companies' monthly financial statements in consolidation systems is desirable.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing is a prerequisite as both languages ​​occur in daily work.
