Accounting Manager

Your role

You will lead a team of financial controllers with the responsibilities related to accounting and financial control. You will be responsible for the consolidation of the financial reporting across the entities, both international and Swedish, that are included in Business Area Dynamics. You will also be responsible for the adherence to external and internal financial rules and regulations and for the cooperation with relevant internal Group Functions. You will be the point of contacts for the external auditors. Your direct reports consists of driven, experienced people, located in Karlskoga and Linköping. You will report to the CFO of Business Area Dynamics.

Primarily, this position is located in Karlskoga. Business trips, mainly in Sweden but also internationally, are occurring when necessary.



Your profile

To be able to work independently in this role, we expect you to have a number of years of experience in the finance area, preferably in a larger organization. You have a university degree in Finance with advanced skills in accounting or the equivalent in experience. You are used to supporting the business in several areas and willing to walk an extra mile to get things done.


You have experience from managing people and having stakeholders from various functions. You complete your tasks with high quality and on time. To be successful in the role we expect you to have good leadership skills and strong communication skills. Due to the nature of the job, we are looking for a stable personality, capable to perform in an international environment.



Required skills

Bachelor of Finance or similar

Good general knowledge of Finance and ERP systems

IFRS and Swedish GAAP accounting regulations

Fluent in Swedish, verbal and written

Good communication skills in English, verbal and written
