The position
As Accounting Manager you are responsible for the accounting team in Kungälv and Karlstad. The team includes coworkers in accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash and bank and financial reporting.  
You will be responsible of the internal and external reporting from our Swedish legal entity. You will report to the CFO and work closely with him and also the Controllers in Kungälv and the Accounting team.
The position is located in Rollsbo, Kungälv.

Area of work
As the head of accounting function you will work with:  
* Leading the accounting team
* Monthly and yearly closing
* Interface towards division- and group reporting in Bilfinger
* Support organization in accounting matters
* Process development of accounting processes
* Automation of accounting processes
* Interface to auditors
* Tax and VAT
* Internal control


Competence
We are looking for you who has worked with accounting for at least 5 years. You are a driven and analytical person who has easy to collaborate with other people and is responsible, initiative-oriented and independent. It is important that you are prestigeless, positive and looking for solutions. We are an expanding type of company so it will be possibilities to develop personally and together with the company.
Because we use SAP as ERP- and consolidation system it is also valuable that you have experience from this system. We see also that you have:
* A financial degree and worked in a similar role for at least 5 years.
* Good experience in Purchasing, especially for Maintenance operations and Projects
* Experience of ERP system, preferably SAP
* Experience of IFRS standards in reporting
* Experience of leadership positions
